🌱Seed Teams

Seed teams are our changemakers on the front line.

They are groups of individuals with a project idea seeking to bring this idea to fruition. They turn the hearts they have received from God into real-world projects.

✨d.Co Members

Anyone who comes to the monthly collective meetings is a d.Co member!

They are the building blocks of the community, no matter whether they are part of a seed team or not.

Our community is split into three relatively fluid groups!

Have you ever thought that you would like to make a positive impact in the world? Or has God planted something in your heart for a certain thing?

Seed Project

Some things that stop us from acting on our God-given hearts: are uncertainty, fear, hesitation, lack of a like-minded community, lack of know-how, etc. If you can relate to at least one of the above, YOU are the reason d.Co exists! We want to help remove all these barriers stopping you from taking action on your faith as much as possible and support you by walking the journey together with you.

Seed teams are groups of individuals with a project idea seeking to bring this idea to fruition. They turn the hearts they have received from God into real-world projects - which is what we call a seed project!

Process

01

Your Project Idea

Have you ever thought that you would like to make a positive impact in the world? Or has God planted something in your heart for a certain thing?

02

Proposal Form

No matter how big or small your idea is - put it into words with our short proposal form. It will help sort your thoughts & what is driving you to take a further step.

03

Introduction Call

Once submitted, the Soil team will reach out to you to schedule an informal & friendly introduction call where we can learn a bit more about each other (and potentially about your project idea as well)

04

Continuous Support

Once you have gone through the prior 3 steps, you have now formally formed your own seed team 🥳
A dedicated seed team supporter will ideate & brainstorm together with you on the next steps (both short-term & long-term) for your project.

Besides that, you will have ongoing support through...

1) bi-weekly QT meetings with all seed team leaders & the soil team

2) bi-weekly meetings with your seed team supporter where you can update each other on the project‘s progress and share prayer requests.

And of course, don’t forget our monthly collective events which will remain a space & time for you to connect with like-minded brothers and sisters in our community!
